Attendee Experience

Venue

Zenbarn 179 Guptil Rd, Waterbury Center, VT 05677

Bringing new life to a former 1920s dairy barn, Zenbarn has become a landmark venue for hosting events that build community. Nestled in Waterbury Center, the world-class music destination also hosts and creates any event that facilitates “getting to know your neighbors again” – from weddings to yoga sessions, from conferences to dinner parties.

Getting There

Interested in carpooling? If you are able to offer a ride, or if you are seeking a ride, add your name to the Carpool Coordination Spreadsheet to get connected with other attendees!

Free parking is available on site.

Lodging

There are many options for lodging in the area surrounding Zenbarn. Here are a few places to stay close to the venue:

Health & Safety

Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have been in close contact with anyone exhibiting symptoms related to COVID-19 as outlined by the Vermont Department of Health.

The building does have a ramp and is handicap accessible. However, the back patio, where a portion of the networking is being held, is only accessible via stairs. Additionally, the parking lot is dirt.

Please make note of any accommodation requests when you register.

Food & Drinks

There will be appetizers available during the networking hour. We will also have a buffet dinner for all attendees including gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. If you have inquiries about specific dietary restrictions, please contact mollyb@vbsr.org.

There will also be a full bar available with wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

Coffee Tasting Bar donated by Kestrel Coffee Roasters
Kestrel will be making pour overs of all of their coffees! Enjoy a tasting (or two or three!) of a variety of freshly roasted coffees.
