WHY DONATE?​

In this pivotal moment for our planet and its people, Vermont Businesses for Social Responsibility (VBSR) is committed to bringing new voices and greater access to our movement. Funds raised at the Expanding Our Movement Silent Auction will support greater access, equity, and impact as we grow our movement to revolutionize business in Vermont.
 

VBSR exists to leverage the power of business for positive social and environmental impact. In order to fully realize our mission, we need to engage new voices in our important work, including students, start-ups, small and rural businesses, and low-income, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals/organizations. With your support, we can revolutionize business – what it looks like, how it works, and who benefits.

 

DONATION DETAILS
 

VBSR seeks donations of mission-aligned goods, services, and experiences from generous VBSR members, non-members, and individuals in our community. All donors will be recognized publicly with the option to be anonymous.

In addition to the support that you will show for VBSR, your organization will also benefit from your donation being shared with our 700 members and the promotions for this event, which include over 7,000 email subscribers. Donating to the silent auction is a great way to support VBSR's mission while gaining exposure for your brand!

All auction items will be exhibited online September 20th through October 14th and will also be open for bidding at the event on October 4th. Please note that VBSR is not responsible for the pickup or delivery of donated items - this is solely the responsibility of the donor. HOW TO DONATE

Please consider donating compelling, buzz-worthy offerings such as these:

• A weekend at an eco-friendly vacation home

• A full course meal at a favorite Vermont farm-to-table restaurant

• Lunch with a Vermont icon

• An in-kind graphic design project from a service-provider

• A high-value item from a company’s product line
